How hiring works

Quote online, complete your hire agreement, pay your 50% booking deposit (non-refundable) plus damage deposit, and we handle delivery and collection on dates we agree with you.

Submit delivery and collection times, venue access, parking and setup notes — so we arrive prepared and your quote stays accurate.

Confirm & pay booking deposit

Pay by secure card link or bank transfer (no card fee). We confirm availability and your date is held once payment is received.

Step 04

Delivery & collection

We deliver on the morning of your event and collect the same day. One delivery fee applies to this event only — separate events need separate bookings and charges.

3 · Delivery & collection schedule

For multi-day hires we deliver on the first day and collect on the last day. Dates below should match your hire start and end. One delivery fee covers drop-off and pick-up for this continuous hire — not storage across separate events.

Multiple events require separate bookings and delivery charges. Delivery and collection fees shown in your quote are indicative only — we review load, vehicles, access, and route when confirming your hire agreement. We may occasionally adjust timing for our delivery routes; that does not extend your hire period or cover additional events. See our hire terms.

Pay your 50% booking deposit (non-refundable) plus refundable damage deposit now. Remaining balance due 14 days before delivery, strictly by that date with no extensions — otherwise your booking will be cancelled and your deposit and all payments made to date will be forfeited. Bank transfer saves the card processing fee.
